Missing or Damaged RFX Antenna

Summary: The antenna for the RFX GATEWAY is often hidden in the packaging. If you cannot find it, or if it has been damaged or lost, ThermoWorks Support can assist with a replacement.

Did Your New Order Arrive Without an Antenna?

Please check the "hidden" spot in the packaging.

Where to Look:

The antenna is shipped in the accessory tray, underneath the charging blocks for the RFX MEAT probes. 

Note: The charging blocks have a magnetic base. The antenna often sticks to the underside of the block. Lift up the blocks and check specifically for the antenna clinging to the magnets!

Replacement Policy

If the antenna is truly missing, lost, or damaged, we have you covered.

Scenario 1: Truly Missing from Box

If you have checked the magnetic bases and the tray is empty, we will ship you a replacement immediately at no cost.

Scenario 2: Lost or Damaged

If you have lost the antenna or accidentally damaged it during use:

• We can send a replacement once we confirm your current shipping address.
