Summary: You will receive an automated email with your tracking number the moment your order is fulfilled (usually the same day if ordered before 4:00 PM MT). Please note that transit times do not include weekends or holidays, and ground shipping estimates are not guaranteed by carriers.
Step 1: Track Your Package
When your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automatic fulfillment email with the subject line: "Your order no. XXX-SO-XXXXXXX has been fulfilled."
You can either search your tracking number within Google, and it'll give you the carrier it's with, or you can click your specific carrier below and enter the tracking number found in that email for the most up-to-date information:
Note: It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update their website with the first physical scan.
Step 2: Shipping Schedule
We pride ourselves on speed. Our warehouse follows this processing schedule:
| Order Placed (Mountain Time) | Shipment Timing |
|---|---|
| Monday – Friday: Before 4:00 PM | Ships SAME DAY |
| After 4:00 PM or Weekends/Holidays | Ships the Next Business Day |
Step 3: How Long Will It Take? (Transit Rules)
It is critical to understand how carriers calculate "Transit Days":
- Day 0 (The Ship Day): The day the carrier picks up the package does NOT count as a transit day.
- Business Days Only: Standard estimates exclude weekends and holidays.
Carrier Weekend Delivery Policies:
- FedEx Ground/Home: Delivers Tue–Sat (Residential) or Mon–Fri (Commercial).
- FedEx Express (2nd Day/Overnight): Mon–Fri only.
- USPS: Mon–Sat.
Real-World Examples
To help you plan, here is how the math works for common scenarios:
| Scenario | Order Placed | Ships On | Est. Delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| FedEx 2-Day | Saturday | Monday | Wednesday (Mon=Day 0, Tue=Day 1, Wed=Day 2) |
| Overnight | Tuesday (After 5 PM) | Wednesday | Thursday |
| Overnight | Labor Day (Mon) | Tuesday | Wednesday |
Package Delayed or Missing?
If tracking says "Delivered" but you don't have it:
- Check the Premises: Look behind pillars, planters, or side doors.
- Ask Neighbors: Carriers frequently mis-deliver to the house next door.
- Wait 24 Hours: Carriers often scan a package "Delivered" when it is still on the truck.
If it is still missing after one full business day, please let us know.
