Summary: We ship via FedEx and USPS. For Canadian customers, we pre-calculate duties so there are no surprise fees at delivery. Order tracking is sent via email immediately upon shipment.
Order Tracking
To track your package:
- Check Email: When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with the tracking number. (Please allow emails from @thermoworks.com).
- Customer Center: Log in to your account on our website to view status.
USA Shipping
- PO Boxes / APO: FedEx/UPS/DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We will switch it to USPS if you select another carrier for a PO Box address.
Canadian Orders (Important!)
We offer a specific shipping method to prevent "surprise" fees at the door.

Other Policies
- International: We ship worldwide. Note that we cannot ship some items to certain destinations.
- No Drop Shipping: ThermoWorks does not drop ship for resellers.
- Out-of-Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will email you within 1 business day with an estimate or options for partial shipment.
