How to Hard Reset Your NODE

If your NODE's display is unresponsive, or if the device is not powering on correctly with batteries, performing a specific power cycle will often resolve the issue. Please follow the exact sequence below.

🛠️ Troubleshooting Steps

1. Remove the batteries from your NODE device completely.
2. Plug the NODE into power using its power cable.
3. Wait for the NODE to power back on.
4. While the device is still plugged in and powered on, install fresh batteries into the NODE. (Do not unplug it during this step!)
5. Once the new batteries are securely installed, unplug the device from the power source. The display should now continue to work as expected on battery power alone.
