If you see any of the following codes on your display, the device likely needs to be returned to ThermoWorks for service:

Range/Sensor Errors	Hi, Lo, A.Hi, A.Lo (Note: "Hi" or "Lo" may just mean the temp is out of range, but if shown at room temperature, it indicates another issue.)
