Downloading my Device's Software

Summary: Every data logger series uses specific software designed for its chipset. You cannot use a "universal" program. You must download the correct version for your specific device model. All software is available for free directly on your device's product page on our website.

How to Find Your Software

Because data loggers have different communication methods (USB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth), they require different software packages. To find the exact software for your logger:

1. Search for your Device: Go to the ThermoWorks website and use the search bar at the top of the page. Type in your product name (e.g., "ThermaData WiFi", "Node") or the SKU/Part Number located somewhere on your device.
2. Navigate to the Product Page: Click on your specific device from the search results to open its main product page.
3. Download the Software: Scroll down the product page to find the Downloads tab next to Specification.
